Product Designer — Enterprise Platforms

Design enterprise-grade experiences that make complex AI-powered workflows feel simple, intuitive, and reliable.

[email protected]

About the Role

As a Product Designer at Rensora, you will shape the user experience of two enterprise platforms — Evolis AI (AI agentic lifecycle management) and ModernZAI (enterprise application modernization). These products handle complex workflows: orchestrating AI agents, visualising dependency graphs, managing migration plans, and monitoring system health. Your job is to make all of that feel simple.

You will work across the full design lifecycle: from user research and problem framing through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design systems. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and domain consultants to understand enterprise user needs and translate them into interfaces that reduce cognitive load, increase confidence, and drive adoption.

Enterprise design is a unique discipline. The users are sophisticated — they understand their domain deeply — but they have limited patience for poorly designed tools. You will design data-dense interfaces that respect user expertise while surfacing the right information at the right time. If you've designed complex dashboards, workflow builders, or data-heavy applications and loved it, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for the Evolis AI and ModernZAI platforms — from information architecture to pixel-perfect UI
  • Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry) with enterprise users to uncover needs, pain points, and workflows
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
  • Build and maintain a shared design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and scalability across both platforms
  • Design data-rich interfaces: dashboards, dependency graphs, migration timelines, agent orchestration views, and monitoring panels
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure designs are implemented faithfully and performantly
  • Present design decisions to stakeholders with clear rationale grounded in user research and design principles
  • Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing results

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating complex B2B or enterprise application design
  • Expert proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping
  • Strong experience designing data-dense, information-heavy interfaces (dashboards, admin panels, workflow builders)
  • Demonstrated user research skills — ability to plan and conduct research that directly informs design decisions
  • Experience building or contributing to design systems at scale
  • Understanding of frontend development constraints (HTML, CSS, React component patterns) — enough to design implementable interfaces
  • Strong visual design sense: typography, colour, spacing, and hierarchy
  • Clear communication skills — able to articulate design rationale to engineers, PMs, and executives

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for AI-powered products — conversational interfaces, agent UX, or ML-assisted workflows
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices
  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions that improve usability
  • Background in developer tools, DevOps platforms, or infrastructure product design

Why Rensora

  • Remote-first, async culture
  • Deep technical work — not ticket factories
  • Competitive compensation and equity
  • Continuous learning budget
  • Work with cutting-edge AI systems at enterprise scale
