AI Strategy Consultant

About the Role

As an AI Strategy Consultant at Rensora, you will work directly with C-suite executives and senior leadership at enterprise clients to develop comprehensive AI adoption strategies. You will be the trusted advisor who helps organizations navigate the complexity of AI transformation — identifying high-value use cases, building rigorous business cases, modeling ROI, and creating actionable implementation roadmaps that align with business objectives.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and organizational change. You will translate Rensora's deep AI capabilities — from autonomous agent orchestration with Evolis AI to application modernization with ModernZAI — into clear, compelling business outcomes. Your work will shape how enterprises think about and invest in AI, moving them from exploratory pilots to scaled, production-grade AI deployments.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing client relationships and engagement delivery while collaborating closely with Rensora's product, engineering, and delivery teams. The ideal candidate combines strategic consulting experience with genuine fluency in AI and machine learning — not just the buzzwords, but the real capabilities, limitations, and organizational implications of deploying AI at enterprise scale.

What You'll Do

Conduct AI readiness assessments for enterprise clients, evaluating data maturity, infrastructure, organizational capability, and strategic alignment
Facilitate executive workshops to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across business functions
Build detailed business cases with ROI models, total cost of ownership analysis, and value realization timelines for proposed AI initiatives
Develop AI transformation roadmaps that sequence initiatives by value, feasibility, and organizational readiness
Advise on AI governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, and risk mitigation strategies
Present findings and recommendations to C-suite audiences, translating technical complexity into strategic clarity
Collaborate with Rensora's product and engineering teams to align client strategies with platform capabilities
Stay current on AI industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging enterprise use cases to inform advisory work

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in management consulting, technology strategy, or enterprise advisory roles with a focus on digital transformation or AI
Demonstrated ability to develop and present AI strategies to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases, ROI models, and financial justifications for technology investments
Genuine understanding of AI and machine learning concepts — enough to assess feasibility, not just articulate possibilities
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and build consensus
Experience facilitating workshops and structured ideation sessions with diverse senior audiences
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce polished strategy deliverables
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where frameworks must be adapted to client context

Nice to Have

Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Accenture) or equivalent enterprise advisory practice
Background in enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or AI product companies
Familiarity with change management methodologies and organizational transformation frameworks
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
Experience with AI governance, ethics frameworks, or responsible AI practices in regulated industries
